A newly-designed scaled hammer action keyboard delivers the response of a traditional grand piano. The fine-grained finish on the key surface prevents slippage caused by perspiration, and the keys feel comfortable to the fingertips even during long sessions.
Casio has applied its highly compact construction technologies to achieve a size that is even smaller than the previous CDP series. The compact piano is extremely portable and weighs <11kgs. This piano is compatible with the fixed three-pedal stand CS-470P and the three-pedal unit SP-34 (both sold separately) , suitable for both piano practice and performance. The damper pedal can be depressed lightly to produce a half-dampened sound.
700 different sounds are built in, from keyboard instruments such as the grand piano, organ, and harpsichord to stringed, wind, and percussion instruments along with rhythms with accompaniment in various genres, including pop, rock, jazz, and dance music
The WU-BT10 Wireless MIDI & Audio Adaptor (sold separately) allows you to connect your smartphone or tablet wirelessly to your digital piano. The Chordana Play for Piano app turns your device into a wireless remote controller, letting you select tones, set up the touch response and other settings quickly and easily. You can even use the CDP-S360 as a Bluetooth® speaker for audio stored on your phone/tablet and play along on the piano at the same time. You can also use the CDP-S360 as an external MIDI device with MIDI compatible apps, greatly expanding your musical possibilities.
The keys to the left and right of center on the keyboard can be set to the same tonal range. This Duet Mode is convenient when two players, such as a parent and child or a teacher and student, practice together.
Record your own performances to the CDP-S360’s internal memory. Playing back these recordings can be helpful in lessons or other situations.
The pitch bender wheel makes it easy to add realistic sounding guitar choking, sax bending, and other effects to keyboard play. One can also assign the modulation button to control vibrato, rotary speaker speed or just about anything else for a seamless and dynamic performance.
Register detailed setups such as favorite tones, rhythms, and tempos all in one go. Load them instantly when you need them, and it’s easy to change settings mid-performance.
Connect your smartphone or tablet to your piano to control various settings. Use the easy to understand icons for intuitive control
The viewer can display the PDF sheet music of 60 songs in the Music Library, It can also be used as a regular PDF viewer
Learn any song via MIDI. Just load a MIDI file in the application and start practicing. Play at your own pace using the tempo adjustment or AB repeat features. Keep track of your progress via an in-built scoring system
